Finally get to use my laptop officially . Been so busy , haven't even got the time to explore. Bought this during the last day of the IT fair. I used to hate apple products last time. Been receiving so many feedbacks from people that their items spoil easily,  frequently bringing it for repair. Plus, their programmes are so much different from Windows. 

Until now , I came to study , it wasnt as bad as I thought it would be. In fact, these are their unique marketing way of people purchasing their products. I'm starting to like apple things actually. But their products are damn expensive ! Same goes to Sonys'. 

I'm really glad to say , I finally got a new decent laptop to use. No more lagging , no more breakdowns, no more frustrations of old laptop. This one,  got all specs I need & want. I'm more than satisfied. Decided to get a 13" laptop with 250gb of space with the price of $2408. Due to my first of using Mac , therefore, I came to a decision of getting this model for myself to familiarize and get used to first before I go for the advance one.  I'm also proud of myself that I did not ask my parents for a single cent to purchase it. They've spent more than enough on the house renovations and bro's wedding. I wouldn't ask them for more.

Anws, been down with cough and sorethroat recently. My voice is getting lower & lower every morning . But the funny thing is, it gets well in the afternoon. And night time , my voice started to change again. Probably its the weather.

Looking forward to tomorrow's off day. Finally can get some rest !

I have finally completed this video & made this surprise a successful one.  It was my brother's big day ytd and this day has arrived. I barely had rest . The most was an hour and a half . Then my parents and I had to prepare for my brother's wedding stuffs. Anw, morning was pretty hectic as I've never entertain so many guests before in my life at home. My whole hse was packed , all of us barely had any space to walk. We had to squeeze through. Hees ! But , it was really fun. (: 

Headed to the hotel at 5pm to get our make-up done for the night. Then headed down to the ballroom to have my rehersal with Marcus . Both of us will be singing during the night. It was really a great experience . Sang this song " How Do I Live ".  I had never ever sing in front of so many people in my life. The ballroom was filled with 500 guests. I was indeed nervous. My stage fright was there. But this was what I have to to tell myself .. 

" This is my brother's big day. I'm never gonna screw it up. I'm doing this not only for myself but for everyone. "

And I really thank god , I did it all . Just that during the beginning , there were abit of shivers as my family members were doing some funny moves which made me laugh actually. This was also my first to have received so many cheers & applause from people. I was really really delighted. 

To marcus : 

I know you wont be seeing this , but still .. I wanna thank you for making the effort to play it for me during the night. It's been a pleasure working with you. (: 

I also wanna thank the MCs , the Bqt staffs & the AV people who have made this surprise a wonderful one. They played the video after the newly weds finish saying their thank you speech and have settled down in their seats. Everyone watched. And stood up , with cheers & claps looking at me. For all I did , wasn't the purpose of receiving all these. It was because, everyone's marriage was once in a lifetime. And most of all , he's my brother  .. The one who I've been living with since the day I was born for 20 years. We grew up together in the same family, with same surname. I did everything was out of love. 

You know what ? It's been so long I've last received a kiss from him. (: 

Words can never express how happy I was .. 

I thank god for everything . 

Most importantly , I wanna thank my mom for supporting me , for staying up with me till 4am the day before just for me to finish up the video & also, giving advises on how to improve the video better.

After lost of voice , here comes the flu .

Been having the strong nasal range whenever I sing . Trying to get back my voice as soon as I can & also , to practise for this week's lesson . Haven't been back for almost a month.

I miss my classmates & somehow , thinking back , recalling ........ I miss VS peeps too ! But unfortunately, whenever they had gathering , I'm stuck at work . Hopefully there would be a day where I can meet up with them. (:

Was working today & I felt the itchiness in my nose. The feeling of wanting to sneeze but yet , not to. It was so uncomfortable ! And I can feeel the tears in my eyes... Watery Watery feeling . Lols !

p.s : people ! do take care of yourself as I know weather's been bad nowadays. It's easy to fall ill.

Practises make perfect isn't it ? Well, I had my first experience of cooking Crepe Suzette in front of guests. Seriously, I should thank my " brother ", Himansu for standing beside me. Becoz' without him , I guess , I would screw up my cooking & the sauce would not have tasted so nice too. Hahs ! I was indeed nervous but more practices would gain my confidence level . This was the best sauce I had ever tasted so far. (:

It's an achievement I've made. But still , I have lots to learn. 2 more months left to go . I'm gonna take every opportunity to learn as much as I can. Though time is short, but there's still room for improvement in every way.

Just came back not long ago from supper at Lau Pat Sat with my colleagues. Bonds & relations with each other have grown stronger & closer. Which makes me feel , I'm already apart of them. 2 more months to go ... & I'll be down to front office.

I donno if that would be a good sign or not . But there's one thing for sure , I'll do my best no matter how hard it takes. I still have a long way , not the time to give up as yet. There are lots to learn.... And Geradine will continue to learn. (:

I'm down with a slight sorethroat. Thus , I can't talk as much . Do pardon me on my quietness. I'll be back once I've recovered. Wahahhahas ~

Can you just bring all the materials and fix it up once and for all ? Instead of bringing some & forgetting to bring the rest ? You guys simply pisses me off ! I cannot stand the fact , I have to come home , seeing piles of boxes in my living room hall, so messy, so filthy ... Coming home searching for things which I cant find in my room. Carrying those boxes up and down.

I was suppose to have a full length mirror. It is always one thing which I have always wanted in my room. And in the end, you guys just give me 1/2 length ? WTH ! Aren't you all suppose to fit to customer's requirements ? And not what you all wanna do ?

To think you have even forgotten all about it ?! Say you guys are professional ? My foot ! Its almost going 2 months . And you guys havent completely done with my room ? Why ?! Even my brother's room are done & they were the last to start while mine was the first.

I am so Utterly Disappointed and Frustrated !!
I really broke down this time......

Anyways , my laptop has been crashed . It's pointless to get it fix over & over again. Moreover, the model is already old. I've decided to get a new one.
Macpro or Sony Vaio ? Which one should I purchase ? I'm stuck in between these two and both have the specs I need.
Anyone knows where to get decal stickers as well ? I'm looking for one for my room wall.

I wish you can stop ! Just stop grumbling ! Whatever it is done , it is done . My mom do has feelings too okay ?! She's tired , she's exhausted ! She hardly had some sleep till the fact that she's falling ill. Have some considerations will you ? Stop ranting on my mom ! Everyone makes mistakes. Don't you too ? You yourself agree too to sign the contract with him ! So stop putting blame on her ! I'm tired of hearing noises in the house. I just want a peaceful home where everyone can just get together and be happy.

This week I've been coming home everday feeling up with frustration. Yesterday , I burst out of tears silently to my sleep as I could not take it anymore. Have not been updating blog recently becos i've been having busy schedules regarding my work & renovations.

I was doing either OT or doing designs of board for promotion. I have finally finished them. Will upload my workpiece when I'm able to. =)
Regarding the renovation . Everyone in my family is feeling very piss off with the contractor. Giving us excuses after excuses & he still dare to ask for more $ . Which is totally impossible !

Sorry peeps ! Allow me to vent my frustration here .

" Stop coming to my house , giving us black face ... asking my mom or dad for money any further. Pleading us to pity you ? Fat hope !! You've caused so much inconvience to us. To think we have once trusted you to have done out our room nicely. In return , you spent our money on other things and you still dare to ask for more ? Don't you think its too much ? Don't you dare take advantage of our kindness ! & please ... stop giving us those dramatic excuses. We don't have to know all these stories of yours. All thanks to you , our house is in a total mess !! No proper bed , No proper furnitures to store our things , No mirror to look at our appearance .. we can only view by our own imagination. etc etc . To think I've also once respected you. I was soooo damn wrong. Now , we've finally seen your true colours !

One more time I see your face , asking my parents for money. Let me tell you this , I don't give a damn anymore. Don't force me to scold you either & be rude to you. Cos you are the one pushed us in this state ! "

It was really memorable & thumbs up to all performers ! They did awesomely well !

Took a cab down to NUS University Cultural Centre. I guess he didnt know I was a Singaporean. Then he go around introducing me , pointing to me the places like some tourguide. But he's a nice person . Good Service I should say ! (:

Joined the girls once I reached there. Then , Fiona & I started helping Christina with her make-up. Well, well , we had fun ! Fiona can start thinking being a make-up artiste as her career already. She was practically helping most of us. And thanks for your Fake Eyelash , girl !

I have never tried wearing fake eyelashes before. This was my first. Out of curiousity , I tried. In the beginning , I wasnt used to it because it felt like, my eyelids were heavy and long ... and somehow , I felt as if something was going to drop. Hahas ! Then the girls kept on telling me it looked okay. But still , I felt uneasy. lols !

I was controlling my tears darn badly becoz' I dont wanna ruin my make-up ! Iris & I were so worried about it. Hahs ! Both of us were Facebook-ing each other the day before.

Had 15 mins break before the next item ( giving out of certs ) starts. Went to find my 2 darlings once I came out .

Hanged around after the ceremony. Taking photos , gathering and then we headed to Pasta Waraku in Clarke Quay to have dinner. It was a really big group !!

In the beginning I just wanted to join my darlings for dinner because its been many months I've last saw Gen. But both of them advised me to join the VS mates instead as this is the day where almost everyone can get together.

Headed down to the Bungee Jump ride section. Some of them wanted to take. I almost got pulled in. Hahs ! Due to my phobia of heights, I didnt want to. I might get freak out. Imagine from high storey and u got dropped . Its like commiting suicide from high flooorss ! >.< . Okays ! I sounded exaggerated. =P

After a long dicussion, no one took in the end. Maybe next time !
Walked back down to Central . I looked at the time. And I think its time to head back home as I had to work early in the morning. I'm tired.
